Product Description

  • Two-way ball valves with PVC body and threaded connection.
  • Places of use: Water, hot water, oils, acid and similar fluids, purification industry, pool installation, etc.
  • P.V.C. Valves are manufactured as bonding and threaded, P.P valves are manufactured as welded and threaded.
  • Threaded ones can be attached to metal pipes. They are 2/2 two-way valves.
  • Special valves for water, acid, base and various chemicals.
  • It has a non-corrosion design where the fluid does not touch any metal parts.
  • It provides a very quick assembly opportunity in separation and joining in laying the line.
  • Over-tightening the valve pipe union nuts will not tighten the ball.
  • You can unscrew any nut of the assembled valve in the closed position of the valve. The sphere under pressure does not pop out.
  • The sphere is processed with a special method.
  • Thick pin and wide table provide easy rotation under pressure.
  • Threads, inner conical surfaces, pin seat directly extruded from the mold. It has standard dimensions and high strength.
  • No adjustment to the valve is required. The part holding the ball can be removed with the key on the handle.
  • 20mm. with 63 mm. The valves between sizes are resistant to 16 kg/cm2 pressure at 20°C.
  • 75mm. and 90mm. sized valves are resistant to 10 kg/cm2 pressure at 20°C.
  • 110mm. size valve is resistant to 2kg/cm2 pressure at 20°C.
