STEEL FLANGED RUBBER EXPANSION JOINTS
STEEL FLANGED RUBBER EXPANSION JOINTS
Steel flanged rubber expansion joints are part of the rubber expansion joint group and are used to control expansion in piping systems. They are widely applied in pumps, fans, coolers, air compressors, steel plants, shipyards, and chemical applications. The rotating flange design ensures easy installation.

RUBBER EXPANSION JOINT
Rubber expansion joints are heat-resistant components that absorb vibration and noise in piping systems, significantly extending the lifespan of both the pipes and connected equipment.
Their flexible structure allows absorption of multi-directional movement, balances thermal expansion, and protects the system against water hammer. Frequently used in hot water systems, they reduce noise and vibration while keeping pipelines stable.
No gaskets or packing are required. The rotating flange ensures easy installation, and reinforced metal wire allows operation up to 16 bar.
Types of Rubber Expansion Joints:
STEEL FLANGED RUBBER EXPANSION JOINTS
Flanges are made of carbon steel. They withstand up to 16 bar pressure and can be safely used up to 90°C.
APPLICATION AREAS
Steel flanged rubber expansion joints are ideal for pumps, fans, coolers, air compressors, shipyards, steel plants, and chemical facilities. They help reduce vibration and noise, contributing to system safety.
VIBRATION DAMPING RUBBER EXPANSION JOINTS
Vibration damping joints are installed at the inlet and outlet of hydrophore, compressor, and pump systems. They absorb vibrations and noise before they reach the piping.
Suitable for low-temperature and water-based systems. Stainless steel bellows are manufactured in double layers and tested.
Designed according to EJMA standards and compliant with DIN 2401 pressure and temperature ratings. Connection types include rotating flanges and weld necks. Standard production is PN16, with custom designs available. Operating temperature range: -80 / +427°C.
