Product Description
API 6D ball valves which is certified by American Petroleum Institute are to use in Oil, LNG, CNG, LPG pipe lines. Varnasan is currently producing API 6D ball valves under the licence number API 6D-2036. Valve sizes between DN15 & DN400 and pressure ratings between Class150-Class1500.
The valve design meets the requirements of API 6D specification as well as those of the related normative documents.
The valve construction has been tested in accordance with relevant normative documents and special regulations for fire safety (FIRE SAFE).
Face to face dimensions of valves are according to ASME B16.10.
Valves are manufactured as flanged, butt or socket welded, threaded and ring type joint to be able to mount to the pipe lines.
Valves can be operated by hand lever or actuators based on customer necessity.
Valve body has ISO 5211 connection holes for actuator mounting.
All technical information such as valve size, material, temperature and pressure ratings, face to face dimension etc. are given on a stainless steel label which is mounted on valve body.
Each valve has a serial number for traceability and this number is given on valve label.
